what we do
plastisol or water-based screen printing
whether you are looking for that heavy, punk rock, scratchy block of plastisol ink, or a light hand feel water-based barely-there kind of design. poor Kiwi! Co, can make it happen. with all of the additives these days, and specialized printing techniques, we can get your design where it needs to be!
4 color process
using 4 specific inks (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) together with tiny dots called halftones, this is best used for photorealism and prints that have too many colors to accurately reproduce with other printing methods.

discharge screen printing
while technically a water-based process, discharge completely removes and re-dyes the fabric in the shirt with pigment resulting in absolutely no hand feel (after a proper wash!) and bright vibrant colors that stay breathable.

simulated process
similar to 4 color process, except the limit of colors is defined by the printing press. sim-process uses various halftones of selected colors to recreate your graphic. sometimes its to make a realism image, sometimes its to make it as wild as possible! poor Kiwi!
